Some days are just good ones.
The kind of day where you get to sleep in until you wake up on your own and wear the perfect sky high wedges that have been calling your name from your closet.
Oh, and that hat that really makes a statement that you used to be afraid to wear because it made a statement.
And then you go to your favorite coffeeshop to do the work that you have been letting pile up all semester (thanks, senioritis)
Your favorite spot is open, and you get a perfect cappuccino and the barista gives you double, DOUBLE the cream cheese and you don’t have to ration enough for the bottom of your bagel.
Because everyone knows the top half of a bagel is the superior one.
These are the kinds of days I live for.
No real schedule, not rushing or feeling flustered to make it anywhere.
Just a day, to get stuff done, and somehow actually feeling like doing it.
I find that I feel my most creative when I am not rushed or flustered.
When I just have some free time to let my mind wander and see where it ends up.
